1. If your products are made from 'Best quality Solid Mahogany', how come your goods are so cheap?
We supply directly from the manufacturer without a middleman, so we can sell at very competitive prices and keep the cost of providing classic french furniture very reasonable for you.
2. If I would like to purchase one or some of your items but they are out of stock, what shall I do?
If the item is scheduled to arrive in the near future, we will take your contact details and inform you when the item arrives. If you want to make sure we keep a piece of furniture, you can pay a 10% deposit and this will make your booking effective and certain.

3. Custom made products?
As long as the modification (mostly size) is acceptable, we can make it to suit your needs. Regarding the 'Colour Options', we are basically able to get 'any' colour so, please feel free to email or bring (post) any colour sample swatch (timber or paint swatch on a piece of cardboard, etc) then we can obtain it.
Regarding the use of leather, the normal charge is 50%+ higher than the normal fabric cost, depending on the quantity of the fabric/leather to be used.
Depending on the modification/colours/effects, we may charge more than for a similar product to reflect the individual work requested. The conditions are the same as 'Advanced Orders'.
4. What is the payment method?
You can pay for your furniture and decorative items using Eftpos, credit cards (Visa, Master, Amex- Amex surcharge 2%) through our secure online shopping cart, bank deposit, bank cheque or cash when at our showroom.
5. What is your 'Return Policy'?
Returns or exchanges are to be made within 7days of the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt as this is required for all claims.
All returns are subject to exchange or store credit only.
There is 'No Return or Exchange' for Sale items or if you simply change your mind.
