1. If your products are made from 'Best quality Solid Mahogany', how come your items are so reasonably priced?
We supply directly from the manufacturer without a middleman, so we can sell at very competitive prices and keep the cost of providing the best quality french furniture very reasonable for you.
2. If I would like to purchase one or some of your items but they are out of stock, what shall I do?
If the item is scheduled to arrive in the near future, we will take your contact details and inform you when the item arrives. If you want to make sure we keep a piece of furniture, you can pay a 10% deposit and this will make your booking effective and certain.

3. Custom made products?
As long as the modification (mostly size) is acceptable, we can make it to suit your needs (Some items are not possible to be modified). Regarding the 'Colour Options', we are basically able to get 'any' colour so, please feel free to email or bring (post) any colour sample swatch (timber or paint swatch on a piece of cardboard, etc) then we can obtain it.
Depending on the modification/colours/effects, we may charge more than a similar product to reflect the individual work requested. The conditions are the same as 'Advanced Orders'.
4. What is the payment method?
You can pay using Eftpos, credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), bank deposit, bank cheque or cash at the shop or via phone calls.
5. What is your 'Return Policy'?
Returns or exchanges are to be made within 7days of the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt as this is required for all claims.
All returns are subject to exchange or store credit only unless there is a fault of the item.
There is 'No Return or Exchange' for Sale items, whole sale purchase or if you simply change your mind.
6. How can I qualify for free delivery?
We can deliver to Metro Sydney, inner Melbourne and inner Brisbane free of charge when customers purchase $3000 plus at the website price (It applies to retail only). Are you living in other States or rural area? We still help with delivery costs.
